  • Booking and Payments

     

    To reserve your booking we charge a Booking Fee of minimum $375. This amount is later incorporated in to your total cost. If you have to postpone your wedding this deposit can be used against your new booking. The remaining balance of your total has to be paid just prior to the wedding unless agreed otherwise. If travelling out of Adelaide is required some additional charges might apply. Any adjustments to our advertised packages or prices (increase or decrease) do not apply to already accepted bookings. We accept cash, Personal Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Account Payments.

  • General Terms and Conditions

     

    At NixFoto we always make every effort to fulfil all parts of our agreement with customers. However our liability is limited to the return of money paid to us if unforeseen circumstances (such as mechanical or third party service failure, theft, accident or ill health) prevent us from doing so. If it happens we will notify our customer about the problem and find another photographer or studio to provide the same service at the agreed cost. When planning any photo session or event photo coverage it is essential to us that customers appreciate all agreed schedules or appointment times. We cannot guarantee satisfactory results or take responsibility for consequences of insufficient coverage time due to timing and schedule changes not caused by us. To avoid potential conflict of interests with other businesses or individuals we expect that at the time of hiring NixFoto you inform us about any plans to hire or invite other photographers (professional or otherwise) to participate in the same photography session or event coverage.
