Terms:

At NixFoto we always make every effort to fulfil all parts of our agreement with customers. However our liability is limited to the return of money paid to us if unforeseen circumstances (such as, but not limited to, mechanical or third party service failure, theft, accident or ill health) prevent us from doing so. If it happens, and when it is possible, we will notify our customers about the problem and find another photographer or studio to provide the same service at the agreed cost.

When planning any photo session or event photo coverage it is essential to us that customers appreciate all agreed schedules or appointment times. We cannot guarantee satisfactory results or take responsibility for consequences of insufficient coverage time due to timing and schedule changes not caused by us.

To avoid potential conflict of interests with other businesses we expect that at the time of hiring NixFoto you inform us about any plans to hire or invite other photographers to participate in the same photography session or event coverage.

Contract Complition:

We designate the most appropriate times to every contract with us, but have to receive on time any necessary selections of images, DVD music tracks, or framing instructions, for example, from you in order to meet our obligations. We will always do our best but cannot take any responsibility for the delay in finishing of any of our products if it was not caused by us.

All payments regarding our wedding services have to be completed prior to your wedding, unless we agreed othewise and, in any case, not later than six months after the wedding date.

Payment Instructions:

We accept cash, Personal Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Payments.

Copyright:

Only when we sell negatives, slide films, or digital files, for a commercial use we pass our copyright to the customer. Otherwise, digital files or films exposed by us, under any contract with us - and photographs printed from them - are the copyrighted property of NixFoto and cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes.

We also maintain the right to non-commercial use of all digital files or films exposed by us, and any photographs made from them, for creating samples, advertising our business, for photography competitions or for exhibitions and displays.
